What we build for you, what stays yours, and what we don't do. Written to be read once, in plain words.

What you're buying
A wedding website, built and hosted by us, at an address on our domain. Your package decides which sections it carries, how many guests the list holds, and how many rounds of changes are included. Those figures are on your rate card.
Your website is composed, not drawn from scratch
This is not a bespoke design. Your website is built from the sections and settings the platform carries, dressed in your own photos and colours.
Within that we set your content, choose the palette and the lettering, arrange the order of sections, choose how each one is laid out, and switch sections on or off — as far as your package allows. Every palette and every arrangement is available to every couple. That is a wide range, and most never reach its edges.
What it does not include: layouts drawn from scratch, sections that do not exist in the platform, custom code written for one wedding, or a design copied from another site. If you need something we do not offer, we will tell you plainly rather than quote for it.
Sections follow your package. A tier that does not include a photo gallery, a guestbook or guest photo uploads will not have them, whatever an example website shows. Adding them means moving up a tier or buying the add-on.
Paying, and when we start
The fee for your package is due in full when you book. Once we receive it, we send you the private link where you give us your details — your story, your photos, the day's schedule and your guest list.
When your page is complete, you submit it to us. That is the moment we start building, and from that moment the fee is not refundable. The one time we return a payment is a booking cancelled before you have submitted your details: write to us and we return it, the way you paid it, within seven days.
Each website is built for one couple and one date, so it cannot be resold or reused, and the time spent on it cannot be recovered. Our refund policy sets out the two exceptions: a fault of ours, and an add-on you paid for that we never provided.
An add-on is priced when it is agreed and copied onto your booking, so a later change to our rate card never changes a total you have already agreed.
Changes and revisions
One revision round is one consolidated list of changes after a preview, applied together. Your package includes a set number; extra rounds are charged at the rate on your card. Corrections to a typo, a wrong time or a misspelled name are always free, before and after publication.
We save each round, so you can ask us to put an earlier version back at no cost. Restoring never uses up a round.
What you provide, and what you promise
You send us your content, photos and guest list through your handover page, which stays open until wedding week. We build from what we have, so the later it arrives, the later your website can be ready. In these terms, your material means anything you, or someone acting for you, gives us for the website: photographs, names, guest-list details, messages, words, files and instructions.
You confirm that you own the rights needed for us to use your material, or have permission from whoever does. That includes copyright and a person’s privacy, publicity and data-protection rights. A professional photographer, for example, will usually keep the copyright in a photograph unless a written agreement says otherwise.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to copy, resize, format, host, display and include your material in an export, only to build and run your website under these terms. We do not acquire ownership of it or permission to use it for marketing; the separate portfolio clause below applies if you choose to let us show your website as an example.
If someone claims that our permitted use of your material infringes their rights, you are responsible only to the extent the claim results from your breach of the promises above. We will tell you promptly, let you control the response and any settlement, and give you reasonable help. You are not responsible for a claim caused by our alteration of the material or by our use of it outside these terms. Any amount you must repay us is limited to reasonable, documented losses and legal costs finally awarded by a court or included in a settlement you approved.
Your guests
Only guests on your list can reply. There is no open form: someone who is not on it is asked to contact you rather than adding themselves.
A note left with a reply stays private unless the guest chooses to share it on your guestbook. Before we publish a shared note or photo, the guest is shown a short privacy notice, must expressly agree to its public display, and must confirm they are allowed to share it. Choosing not to share does not affect the guest’s RSVP.
A shared note or photo, the guest’s name and any caption can be seen by anyone who has the wedding website’s link. We show this short notice beside each choice and link to our privacy policy. A guest can withdraw consent and ask us to remove their name, note or photo at any time; you can ask us to take it down too.
When each of them closes. Replies are taken until your RSVP deadline — a week before the wedding unless you set another — and in any case no later than the end of your wedding day. Photo uploads open at midnight on the day itself, where your wedding is, and close at the end of the following day — long enough for a guest who finds their camera roll the next morning. Everything sent stays in our records afterwards, and any published notes and photos remain visible; only new submissions stop.
Wedding week
Seven days before your wedding, your website's content is closed so it cannot change while invitations are in people's hands. Your guests are unaffected: replies and messages keep working until your RSVP deadline, and photo uploads open on the day as planned. Anything urgent — a change of venue or time — we post the same day.
How long it stays up
Your website is live until 12 months after your wedding. It is then archived, and visitors see a simple thank-you page. For 90 days after that you can ask us for everything: your photos, your guests' messages, the words from your website, and your final guest list. We remind you once, thirty days before the window closes.
After those 90 days we destroy it — photos and your guests' personal information both. This cannot be undone. Extended hosting can be bought before then.
We keep our own record of the booking itself — your names, your date and venue, the package you took and what was paid — the way any supplier keeps their books. It holds nothing about your guests.
What stays yours
You keep the rights you already hold in your photographs, guest list and other material. Your guests keep the rights they hold in their messages and photographs. The export gives you a copy of those items to keep; it does not transfer ownership of them.
The words about your wedding are yours too. We usually write them with you, from what you tell us; they are yours once the fee is paid, and they are in the export as a file you can keep, paste or print.
What we cannot hand over is the wording every site starts with — a heading or a line you never changed stays ours, because other couples' sites carry it too. The platform, the designs and the code stay ours.
Nothing in these terms or in an export transfers a copyright, privacy or publicity right, or any right a person has over their personal information. Those rights stay with the photographer, guest or other person who holds them, and any permission you need to reuse their work remains your responsibility.
Showing your website as an example
We may show a finished website in our own portfolio: on this site, in the examples we publish, and when we quote for another couple. That means your names, your wedding date, your venue and a photograph from your site can be seen publicly, with a link to the site itself. We ask you first, and you can say no, or change your mind later — tell us and we take it down.
Your guests' messages and photos are not part of that. They agreed to be seen by people with your website's link, not by strangers on ours, so an example is shown without its guestbook and guest photos unless each guest whose words or pictures appear has agreed to that separately.
If something goes wrong
We will do everything reasonable to keep your website available, especially around your wedding date, but we rely on hosting we do not own and cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for an interruption or loss caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, unless our failure to take reasonable care contributed to it.
To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, we are responsible only for direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable when you booked. Our total liability for all claims connected with one wedding website is limited to the amount you paid us for that website.
The exclusions and limits in this section do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, our infringement of another person’s intellectual property, a breach of our confidentiality or data-protection duties, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing here takes away a right or remedy you have under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
